Dr. Parker Speaks on Climate Change in Moshi, Tanzania
Dr. Parker started 2025 off with a trip to Moshi, Tanzania where she was invited to speak at the 30th Annual CME Conference Scientific Program at the Regional Dermatology Training Centre (RDTC). Her talk, “Dermatological Manifestations of Extreme Weather Events: An Examination of Cutaneous Disease and Associated Vulnerability” was part of the Navigating Skin Health in the Topics Scientific Training session.
Dr. Parker is also an external supervisor and mentor at the RDTC and was finally able to meet many of the doctors and students she has worked with virtually over the years–including her mentee, Ramadhan!
